According to the sources, intelligence agencies had submitted this report about a year ago. It is learnt that some officials in the government were not interested in studying the report and sitting idle on it.

The intelligence report said that these radical Hindu organisations have trained more that two lakh jobless youths to incite violence and terrorise Muslims and Christians across the country. These cadre are very active in Gujarat, Karnatka MP, UP, Maharastra and Delhi.

It is also learnt that the report even indicated the possibility of Gujarat like violence in Karnataka and Orissa.
