A Senior Congress leader has said that party should show more cautious response and exercise some restrain over its attack on BJP as it can face Hindu backlash .

Initially, the BJP, after dilly-dallying response on the issue has suddenly gone offensive towards Indian National Congress and its allies which has forced the top leadership of the Congress Party to rethink on its response.
