BJP strategically planning to entangled Congress with the routine activities. BJP's star campaigners are constantly attacking Congress leaders. It seems that the BJP leaders and members are strongly observing the speech of the senior leaders of the Congress more closely than the Congressmen and the common man. Command on behalf of Congress in Madhya Pradesh lies in the hands of Kamal Nath, Congress State President and Jyotiraditya Scindia, President of the Madhya Pradesh Election Campaign Committee. , have been taking over by the Congress. The BJP has campaigned against Scindia through its tag line “Maaf Karo Maharaj, Hamare Neta Shivraj” in advertisements and has targeted Kamal Nath by making several controversial video clippings of Kamal Nath which goes viral on social media. Along with these two leaders, Congress President Rahul Gandhi and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh are also on the target of BJP. But the BJP's excessive emphasis is on the micro-management rather than encompassing Congress leaders.
It is notable that at the micro level the BJP has been focusing on making voter list page in-charge. It has been doing such kind of experiment in previous elections also. The BJP’s strong organizational structure set up to the bottom levels. Unlike the last election, this time field workers could be not be mobilized much well in time. The workers also have an outrage against their leaders. The RSS was also dull about its ignorance. But when the congress in its election manifesto promised to ban the functioning of RSS Shakha (Meeting) in the government institutions, BJP presented it emotionally as putting a ban on the RSS. Through this emotional play card, the BJP activated the RSS in Malwa and Mahakaushal region. With this strategy, the BJP is expecting that it will be successful to attend majority.
In this election, Congress is also fully convinced that it will get more seats than the majority. This confidence is due to the victory of Congress in various by-poll and urban bodies' elections that held in Madhya Pradesh in the last two years. Rahul Gandhi is very strongly raising up the development and corruption issues. Although he is speaking more on the issues of demonetization, GST and Rafal Deal instead of talking about the state specific issues. For state specific issues, the Congress is besieging the BJP on the issues of unemployment, farmers issue, violence against women, malnutrition, deteriorating education and health system. The Congress has also included these issues in the state in its charge sheet. Congress is besieging Shivraj on Vyapam and e-tendering scams.
The hope in Congress has also been advanced due to the negligence of BJP towards its party workers at the ground level during the BJP's 15-year ruling in the state. Even in the distribution of tickets, there was more rebellion in the BJP than the Congress. Congress by giving ticket to the Chief Minister's brother-in-law Sanjay under congress banner, Congress gave the psychological shock to the BJP and Shivraj.
But Congress being confidence on the public, is not having strong organizational structure at the grassroots level. Nobody paid any attention to this, rather it may be correct to say that the Congress could not get the time for it. It is a matter of relief for the Congress to successfully resolve the disputed alliance among key leaders in this election. The Congress is confident that despite the ground organizational structure, the BJP lost seats to Congress in the by-elections. In addition to the state government, there is more public outrage towards the Modi government. People didn’t get the benefit of the schemes of the centre, but their problems increased. Therefore, in these circumstances, the Congress is likely to get adequate seats to form the government.
In order to give alternatives to the people, other than the Congress and the BJP, the Aam Aadmi Party is contesting elections in more than 200 seats in this election. BSP, SP and GGP have been seen as the third power. It is true that due to the lack of resources, lack of ground workers and the inaction of the central leadership, AAP could not expect great success. But the AAP is focusing that by winning few seats, it will come out in the role of kingmaker in the state. With the Manifesto made with affidavit and the development model of the Delhi Government, AAP is hopeful for the definite presence of its MLAs in the assembly. Although AAP believe that it has introduced the option to the public through more than 200 candidates and voters are also discussing about such options.
There is already presence of BSP and SP in Madhya Pradesh. Gondwana Gantantra Party was formed in Madhya Pradesh only. The vote percentage of these three parties were significant. No candidate of SP and GGP could win the last election. This time these two have joined hands. BSP chief Mayawati and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav are visiting very often in the state. Both have put emphasis on the respectable presence in the assembly, especially in the area of Vindhya and Chambal region with its influence. Though they could not negotiate with the Congress till now, but they hope that the Congress will need them after the election results. (IPA Service)

BJP AND CONGRERSS FOCUSING ON MICRO MANAGEMENT, PLAYING EMOTIONAL CARDS
AAP, BSP, SP WISH TO BECOME KINGMAKER

Only a few days left for the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections. The main battle in Madhya Pradesh is between BJP and Congress, however, BSP, SP and Aam Aadmi Party also hopeful that this time they will also be successful to register their presence in the state assembly. Alike Rajasthan, nobody could confidently claim that who is going to form next government in Madhya Pradesh. In Madhya Pradesh, many factors are working simultaneously due to which it is difficult to guess what will be the mind-set of the public during voting? There has been little doubt about BJP's victory in the last three assembly elections. There was speculation just about the number of seats. But now in 2018, conditions are altogether different from the past. Congress is convinced that this time the people will vote them to power, and on the other hand the BJP is confident about its strong organizational structure.
