The chief of both the organization, Mrs. Himani Savarker is presently in Delhi and contacting Supreme Court lawyers to find out a lawyer who could defend their members in law courts.

Talking to select group of media persons here, Himani Saverker said that an account has already been opened with a private bank to render help monitarily in the legal battle to all those Hindus being 'wrongly' hunted for alleged terrorist acts. The general public have been asked to donate for the purpose.

“We will provide free legal aid to all the Abhinav Bharat members who were arrested by the state ATS which is investigating the Malegaon bomb blast case”, Himani said.

It may be mentioned here that Himani is niece of Nathu Ram Godse, the murderer of Mahatma Gandhi, and daughter-in-law of Hindu ideologue Vir Savarker.

She said that it was her duty as the national president of Abhinav Bharat to help members who are in the custody of state ATS.

'Though the charges against the suspects are yet to be proved, the Malegaon blast should be viewed as a reaction against the 'Muslim terrorism' in the country,' she contended.

She said that her organization would also contact human right organizations and Women Commission to get support for Sadhvi Pragya.

She alleged that Maharashtra ATS coined 'Hindu terrorism' at the instance of the Indian National Congress.

Himani's bitterness towards BJP was also visible in her expression when she said that her party would contest assembly elections in Delhi, MP, Rajasthan and Chatisgarah.#
