In order to achieve Mission 2022 assembly polls, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is in direct touch with all the party leaders and workers to establish comprehensive dialogue and create an inclusive agenda for the coming polls in the most populous state of the country.

On every issue concerning common people, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is motivating her party workers to confront the government, demanding answers and accountability.

On the issue of law and order, the dynamic leader, who bears an uncanny resemblance to her grandmother, former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, cornered the Yogi government and alleged that the claim of good governance was bogus and she took the help of government to prove her point.

After the controversial Vikas Dubey encounter, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra welcomed the action against criminals but opposed the victimisation of innocents. The leader has pressed for a high-level inquiry into the entire Vikas Dubey saga, demanding transparency into the small time gangster’s links to various political and corporate entities.

It was on her direction former Union Minister Jitin Prasad came out in open and alleged that Brahmins were feeling persecuted and living under fear and terror.

Priyanka has made Jitin the in-charge of Brahmin Chetna Parishad to establish dialogue with community. As part of the Congress’ outreach towards its core base, Jitin Prasada has said that he would reach out to every village and hold dialogue with the Brahmin community of Uttar Pradesh so as to bring them back under the Congress fold.

So much so that Priyanka sent state president Ajay Kumar Lalloo to Sonbhadra to pay tributes to the tribals who were killed in the massacre last year. However, UPCC President Ajay Kumar Lalloo and hundreds of party workers were arrested before they could reach Umbha village where the tribals had been killed.

On the issue of fight against Covid-19, Priyanka Gandhi exposed the Yogi government and opposed the weekend lockdown when the number of cases was rising at an alarming rate. Gandhi even circulated the video in which the pathetic condition of the corona ward of Medical College in Gorakhpur, the home district of CM Yogi Adityanath, was shown.

Similarly, on the issue of price rise and steep hike in diesel and petrol rates, Priyanka Gandhi not only released her video but also mobilised dharna by party workers all over the state.

It is only because of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra that the Congress President Ajay Laloo and CLP leader Aradhna Mishra are always on streets organising strikes and courting arrest on the issues of common men and women.

What will happen in 2022 assembly polls only time will tell; but as on date, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and her team and party workers are on the streets giving the Yogi government sleepless nights. (IPA Service)
