This information was disclosed in a press conference held on Friday by the Chief of Rudralife, Mr Tanay.
The institution, established in 2001, is organising a trade exhibition here to enable people to purchase geuine rudraksha as well as to educating people on its genuinity to save themselves from fraudulent sellers.
It may be mentioned here that people in India believe wearing all kinds of rudraksha to be auspicious which can help them overcoming all sort of tribulations and miseries of life.
One to 21 mukhis rudrakhas are found, he said. Rudralife experts are available to help people on genuinity of the beeds they happen to possess.
Rudralife, the largest sellers of genuine rudrakshas, now possess the only pious Rudraksha tree of Nepal origin in India which is at Triambekeshwar in Maharashtra, he said.
Rudralife's first retail counter in India is at Shree Siddhivinayak Temple, in Mumbai.
Mr Tanay said that people reported to them the good effects of wearing rudraksha. However, he said, further research and development is needed to know more about the beeds and the tree as well as to substantiate its claimed medicinal and auspicious effects, and Rudralife is dedicated towards this goal.#

Rudraksh, stone of the seed fruit of the same name, is so popular in India among devotees that the total worth of its market has reached the level of 12 crore rupees a month. However, genuine rudraksha beeds have the share of only two crores rupees, and the rest 10 crore market share is of fakes.
