A more accurate picture would better inform decisions regarding how much stimulus should be provided in a cyclical downturn. The government of India could increase its credibility vis-a-vis financial markets and enjoy more favourable borrowing conditions as a result. Greater fiscal transparency would also boost the ability of investors and citizens to make informed and efficient financial and economic decisions.

JHARKHAND REJECTS BJP EVEN AS MODI DISOWNS SHAH
Chidambaram N - 2019-12-26 09:47

Will the head of the any of the duo will roll out is a matter to be seen. However, to expect that such a thing may happen tantamount to upgrading the status of the RSS-BJP led NDA government at the Centre. Taking a cue from the saying nothing comes out without a cost, people’s victory against divisive fascist forces that rule over them will cost the rulers their chairs.
