If all goes well, the first flight of the much awaited regional connectivity scheme (RCS) of the civil aviation ministry will take off any day this month. Expectedly, it will be the PSU carrier Alliance Air, a subsidiary of Air India, which will begin the operation between Bathinda (Punjab) and Delhi for a ticket price of Rs 2500 one way.
