Kalyani Shankar - 2013-06-27 11:38
Natural calamities like floods, drought, earthquake and cyclone are nothing new for us. People are used to dealing with the vagaries of nature. But at times, it is the magnitude of nature’s fury, which worries. We have had the killer cyclone in Andhra Pradesh and Orissa, worst ever earthquake in Gujarat and Latur, flash floods in the Ganges, tsunami in Tamil Nadu, which should have taught a lesson to be prepared for the unexpected.
