URGENT MEASURES NEEDED TO SAVE POOR AND ENSURE FOOD SECURITY
Dr. Gyan Pathak - 2022-07-13 11:43
India is entering into a major cost of living crisis due to multiple domestic and international crises, which included soaring food and energy prices, rising poverty, joblessness, endangered food security, disincentive to farmers growing food articles, and lopsided policy interventions. The way the government is responding to the issues lack holistic approach, and problems are being responded to on adhoc basis with little temporary success to less number of people than really in need, which further contribute in exacerbating the cost of living crisis.

K Raveendran - 2022-07-13 11:30
The rupee hitting new lows has become a monotonous regularity. The currency has fallen in the relentless climb by dollar, subjugated any resistance offered by other currencies, including the euro, which has fallen to its 20-year low, fast approaching the highly embarrassing parity in the wake of a crippling energy crisis brought about by Putin's Ukraine war.

NDA’S TRIBAL CANDIDATE DRAUPADI MURMU HAS DIVIDED THE OPPOSITION CAMP

BUT OUR PM SEEKS TO AMEND THE FORESTS ACT TO DISEMPOWER THE ADIVASIS
Arun Srivastava - 2022-07-12 11:50
The presidential election to be held on July 18 in the real sense is a royal battle between the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the former BJP minister Yashwant Sinha. It would be wrong to construe that Sinha has a tough challenger in Draupadi Murmu. But there is no doubt that by fielding Murmu for the office of president, Modi has put Sinha in a very tight spot.

THE BIG BATTLE IN AIADMK IS SET TO CONTINUE DESPITE E K PALANISWAMI’S WIN

BJP IS STILL GROPING FOR ITS BEST OPTION KEEPING IN VIEW 2024 POLLS
Sushil Kutty - 2022-07-12 11:47
They don’t look like lost and found brothers. Edappadi K Palaniswami and O Panneerselvam share nothing in common other than that they were “dual leaders” of the AIADMK, the party that MGR founded and J Jayalalithaa carried in her aura. Now, her two self-proclaimed protégés have in less than two years of her passing sold the AIADMK down the river, squabbling for control of the party and willing to kill it in the bargain. If Jayalalithaa were alive today, both E Palaniswami and O Panneerselvam would have been flat on their bellies at her feet asking for forgiveness, and, perhaps, getting soundly spanked for the temerity.
