She has to look for other options, therefore, even if reluctantly.

BJP TO IMPROVE ITS POSITION IN NORTH EAST THROUGH RAJYA SABHA POLLS

CONGRESS PARTY HAS A TOUGH TASK TO KEEP THE MLA’S IN CHECK IN ASSAM
Sagarneel Sinha - 2022-03-26 11:26
After the saffron party’s recent victory in the assembly polls, particularly in the northeastern state of Manipur, it was expected that there would be a positive impact in favour of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the northeast, which financially depends mostly on the Centre. The return of the saffron party in the state of Manipur with a majority of its own shows that it is no longer an outsider in the region. The saffron party also won 7 seats in the Christian dominated hill region of the state. It had won 5 in this region in the 2017 state assembly polls. After its success in Manipur, the saffron party has set its target for the upcoming Rajya Sabha polls in the region.

MODI GOVERNMENT MUST INITIATE TALKS WITH CENTRAL TRADE UNIONS

TWO-DAY ALL INDIA STRIKE ON MARCH 28-29 GETTING LARGER SUPPORT
Dr. Gyan Pathak - 2022-03-26 11:20
Two-day workers strike across India on March 28-29 on the call of the joint platform of 10 Central Trade Unions (CTUs) - INTUC, AITUC, HMS, CITU, AIUTUC, TUCC, SEWA, AICCTU, LPF and UTUC - and Sectoral Federations and Associations is getting larger support, barring from the pro-government Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), which has roots in RSS-BJP and naturally supports Modi government, though large number of workers affiliated with the BMS are going to participate in the general strike. In spite of the impending threat of Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA), many roadways and electricity workers, such as in Haryana and Chandigarh, have decided to strike. It should be an eye-opener for the Modi government since the country seems to be heading towards an ugly turn to embitter the already strained industrial relations in the country.
