American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)

American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) is a Regional Internet Registry (RIR), and is a non-profit organization established for the purpose of the administration and registration of Internet number resources — including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and Autonomous System Numbers — in Canada, many Caribbean and North Atlantic islands, and the United States. ARIN also develops consensus-based policies and facilitates the advancement of the Internet through information and educational outreach.
