Arabian Gulf

Arabian Gulf, informally the Gulf, is a name of Persian Gulf, an arm of the Arabian Sea, extending northwest between the Arabian peninsula and the coast of southwestern Iran. It is connected to the Arabian Sea by the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Oman.
