Avellino

Avellino is the capital city of the province of Avellino in Italy in the Campania region, 59 miles East of Naples, famous for its trade in hazel-nuts and chestnuts. It traditionally manufactures woollens, paper, macaroni, &c. It has been subject to earthquakes.
