Bashahr

Bashahr, also Bushahr, was once a native hill state in the Punjab, tributary to the British Government before independence in 1947, traversed by the Sutlej. The territory of this former state is now part of Kinnaur and Shimla districts of the present State of Himachal Pradesh in India.
