Chorbadi, also spelled Chorbari, is in Uttarakhand state of India. It is the major glacier in the Garhwal Himalaya. It is situated in Uttarkashi Janpad or district. This glacier, of a lenght of about 28 kilometres, is in the north of Chowkhambha Choti and extended right up to Gomukh. Its importance lies in the fact that it not a single glacier but comprised of many smaller glaciers of the area. They are inter - connected with each other. It is surrounded by Bhrigupanth (6772 metres), Kirti Stambh (6285 metres), Sumeru mountain (6383 metres), Ratvan, and Chaturangi Swachchhand Bamak which is North - East of Kailash mountain.
