Isaac Williams

Isaac Williams (1802-1865) was British religious poet and prominent member of the Oxford Movement the member of which were called Tractarian. He was born in Wales, educated at Oxford, got acquainted with John Keble, became his student and disciple, and wrote religious poetry and Tract LXXX on "Reserve in Religious Teaching".
