Osama bin Laden

Osama bin Laden (1957 — 2011), full name Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, was an Islamic militant who was regarded as the founder of Al Qaeda. He was born in Saudi Arabia and killed by special US forces in Pakistan where he was hiding. He was said the mastermind behind the series of September 11 terrorist attack in 2001, often referred to as 9/11, in the United States, after which he went in hiding.
