The Supreme Court has reportedly registered a suo moto contempt of court case against senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan and Twitter India, apparently for a tweet by the activist advocate on a picture showing Chief Justice SA Bobde riding a Harley Davidson bike without helmet or face mask. A fellow advocate has claimed that he had filed an application on behalf of someone else for initiating contempt of court proceedings against Bhushan for the tweet.
