The Union Government in Department of Information Technology has embarked on introduction of Cloud computing (shared platform), the latest IT marvel, in National e-Governance regimen for quick implementation and roll out of citizen centric e-Governance services, notwithstanding the fact that National e-Governance Division in the IT Department is not aware of the suitability of applicability of cloud computing for e-Governance.
