New Delhi: The Central Vigilance commission (CVC) of India has found largest number of Public sector banks officials guilty of corruption and other offences, while second position was occupied by officials from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and the third came officials from the Ministry of Railways in this regard in the month of October 2009.
