High Level Committee constituted to accelerate investment & industrial growth

New Delhi: The Government of India has today constituted a High Level Committee (HLC) of State Industry Ministers to develop a roadmap for accelerating investment and industrial growth in the country. This is in pursuance of the discussions in the meeting of State Industry Ministers held on 17th November, 2009.

BHOPAL: The Bharatiya Janata party has maintained its grip on the urban and semi-urban areas of Madhya Pradesh in the recently concluded civic elections. The ruling party has been able to secure control over a majority of the Municipal Corporations, Municipal committees and Nagar Panchayats, polling for which was held in two phases on December 11 and 14. The results were announced on December 18.
