Austin Dobson

Austin Dobson (1840 - 1921), full name Henry Austin Dobson, was an English poet and writer, born at Plymouth. He was also a distinguished biographer and essayist. He wrote "Vignettes in Rhyme," "Proverbs in Porcelain," "Old World Idylls," in verse, and in prose Lives of Fielding, Hogarth, Steele, and Goldsmith.
