It is a known fact that the Congress leaders are well versed with the art of committing hara-kiri. They cherish to live in their make-believe world and refuse to accept the ground realities. Even in the existing political situation when they and their parry have been completely marginalised, when even the regional parties prefer to keep them poles apart, they nurse the illusion that they are born to rule. It is their foolish sense of inflated ego that they refuse to learn the art of electoral alliance and master the skill of bringing together divergent political parties.

India has planned rollout of COVID vaccines first with a dry run in two districts each in states like Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat, Punjab considering the geographical locations. The Union government has already consulted with these states for the locations of the dry run. Each state will plan it in two districts and preferably in five different session type settings - district hospital, CHC/PHC, urban site, private health facility, rural outreach etc, according to the press release issued by the Union health ministry.

The UK has already notified the World Health Organization (WHO) about the variant. Europe and the rest of the world are worried.
